This place is such a joke, eh? I waited forever and didn't even get an email saying my stuff was shipped. Then I contact them and they send me some lame reply that everyone else is getting. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work with the shipping company. It's like they expect me to just wait around forever and poof, my order will magically appear. Total scam, eh?

Bush with falling branches
I was really let down by my recent purchase of a plant from this company. It was my second time ordering from them, and like before, the branches kept falling off. I tried reaching out through email for help, but never heard back from them. Not being able to talk to an actual person on the phone was frustrating, and made me wish I hadn't given this company another shot.

Clothing order delay
It's been well over a month since I ordered my clothes and they still haven't shown up. I'm kind of questioning if this app and company are for real. It's really annoying not knowing anything about what's going on with my order.
