    Black lace babydoll set

    I bought this really cute black lace babydoll set from a lingerie store not too long ago. Sadly, one of the straps was all wonky and stitched wrong, so I couldn't even wear it. But the customer service team there totally came through for me - they were super quick to help and gave me a refund right off the bat. And get this, they even sent me a new item to replace the messed-up one without charging me extra. I was seriously impressed by how well they handled my issue, no stress at all. You don't see amazing customer service like that every day, especially when it comes to shopping for lingerie.

    I went to the store the other day and everything was pretty good, but there was a problem with the checkout counter for wheelchairs. Since I use a wheelchair, the lower counter meant for us was always covered with stuff so I couldn't use it. I had to use the higher one instead, and it was really hard and painful for me to reach to finish my purchase. The staff tried to help my daughter while she was shopping, which was nice, but I was disappointed to see how little thought was put into making the checkout accessible for disabled customers.

    I just went to this store and had the best customer service! As soon as I walked in, the sales associate was super helpful and really paid attention to what I needed. She took the time to measure me, gave me some style suggestions, and was always there to help out with sizing in the fitting room. She was so polite and cheerful, it made shopping a breeze. I didn't catch her name, but her service was top-notch - I'll for sure be back to this store again!

    Body lotion and spray purchase

    I just bought some body lotion and spray from this store. I think they had a pretty good selection and I was happy with how nice the products were. The bras seemed to be on the smaller side, so I'd recommend being careful when buying them. On the plus side, I also got a pair of house shoes that fit me perfectly and are super comfy. Overall, I'm happy with my purchases.

    This company really needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service. As a Canadian customer, I've been nothing but disappointed when dealing with them. The lack of support and customer service for orders from Canada is just terrible. I had to return a defective lingerie set, but can you believe it? Victoria's Secret wouldn't cover the return shipping costs. How's that for customer appreciation, eh? And don't even get me started on the quality control for online orders - clothes arriving dented and see-through? It's like they're trying to get rid of their defective products by selling them to unsuspecting customers like me. Do yourself a favor and choose a company that actually cares about their customers and stands by their products. Victoria's Secret is definitely not that kind of company.

    I recently bought some lingerie at the store and I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service. I've been a loyal customer for more than ten years, but when I had some issues with my account, it was a real hassle. First off, it took them three months to send me a new card, which messed up my payments. Then, I got hit with a surprise $2 fee and a late fee out of nowhere, which I thought was not cool at all. And when I tried to sort things out and asked to have the late fee removed, the customer service person was not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care about my situation even though I've been a good customer for so long. Overall, the way they treated me was not great and now I'm thinking about closing my account.

    I bought some Bombshell bras recently and I gotta say, they're really good quality. But I gotta point out that the push-up effect might not work for everyone, 'cause it might be a bit much for some people. All in all though, the bras are well-made and comfy to wear.

    Honey, listen to me share my story about that lingerie store. Trying to place an order was a total disaster, my promo codes just vanished - not cool. Aerie is much better when it comes to customer service, waited forever for help at the other place, awful service. Canceled my order and left, not giving them my money. And their subscription service? Total waste. I'd give them 1 star, and that's me being nice.

    I'm really bummed about the recent changes in the store's merchandise, especially since they stopped selling the sports bra that me and my friends have been loving for years. The new bras don't seem as good quality and are made from cheap materials like polyester. It's disappointing to see such a decline from a brand we used to love.     Eh, so I recently picked up some undies at the store and they've changed. My go-to no-show high-waist thong is no longer available, and that's a bummer. The customer service is kind of lacking too. Back in the day, the staff would assist me in finding the right size, but now they just give me the ol' stare down until I ask for help. Had an issue with an online order and getting my refund was a real hassle. Big thanks to Mia and Aira for coming through, though!

    Pink VS outfit

    I used to buy a lot of Pink/VS outfits, especially the sweats and pants combos that were about $100 unless they were on sale. I stopped buying them about three years ago because I already had so many. Just recently, I decided to get a new set and let me tell you, I was really disappointed! The material wasn't even listed on the tag, and I don't think it's cotton - it looks more like something you'd find on Shein. The quality just wasn't as good as what I was used to from Pink/VS.

    4 bras with weird cheap noise

    So, ya know, I used to really enjoy going to this store because it was just so fancy and I loved treating myself. But, the last time I went, I bought 4 bras and they're all really weird and they make this cheap noise that's just so embarrassing, right? Plus, they're super uncomfortable, I can't even wear them. And let me tell you about those body sprays! They discontinued my favorite one and now all they have are these overpowering and terrible smelling ones. Nothing smells luxurious to me anymore! I'm so disappointed, I'll have to find a new place to shop. It's just not the same anymore to me.

    Matching set underwear purchase

    I ordered a matching set of underwear online as a Christmas present, but only the bra arrived without any explanation for the missing knickers. I contacted customer service through email multiple times, but even after being promised the knickers would arrive in 5 days, they never showed up. I was so frustrated that I asked for a refund, which they eventually gave me. However, they didn't seem to care about my complaint regarding their lack of communication and failure to deliver the full order. Since I couldn't give the bra as a gift without the matching knickers, I ended up feeling disappointed and annoyed with the whole ordeal. Because of this, I have decided not to buy from them again.

    Large order for wife

    I ordered a bunch of stuff from this company for my wife, and I was expecting it to come by a certain date. But, it's been weeks and I still haven't received anything. When I called customer service, they said they're trying to fix things, but I don't trust that my order will ever come. I asked for my money back, but they said it's not allowed by their rules. I feel like they're just tricking people and stealing money from them. It seems like a scam. I might have to take them to court to sort this out.
