Late delivery and slow customer support
I was super bummed about my order arriving late. And to make things worse, it took forever for customer service to get back to me. It was really annoying to see messages getting deleted on their Discord channel too. But hey, gotta give credit where it's due - the refund process went pretty smoothly and they hooked me up with a discount code to make up for the hassle.
