Organizing messy files
I recently got my hands on my buddy's messy 8tb filing system on his Apple computer and had to clean it up. I used "Duplicate File Finder Pro" to find and delete all the duplicates, which brought the drive down to under 3tb. It took a while, but next time I'd tackle it in a different way. The customer service from Nektony was super helpful and quick, making it easier for me to get the job done.

Seat covers and a blanket
Eh, so I've been ordering stuff from this place for, like, the past year and let me tell ya, the stuff I got was pretty terrible, eh? Like, the quality was super bad, eh? I ordered these seat covers for $25 each and they just fell apart, eh? And don't even get me started on this blanket I got - it fell apart after just one wash, eh? And to top it all off, if you wanna return stuff, they charge ya $12, eh? Like, c'mon, you already paid for shipping, right? So, like, my advice is to not waste your money here, guys. Just steer clear of that place, eh?

Kenneth Cole Reaction slippers
I just bought this pair of slippers from the store, and man, I was really let down by how bad they were. I shelled out way more cash for these than another pair I got somewhere else, and that old pair lasted me two whole years. These Kenneth Cole slippers? Well, they only made it two months before completely falling apart. What a letdown.

Software for music production
So, I just bought this music production software and it's not bad. It does what it's supposed to but there's some big bugs that really got in the way. Like, I couldn't save my project files properly which was super annoying and ended up wasting so much time. And sometimes when I tried to open a project, all my work would just vanish, which meant I had to start all over again. On top of that, there were problems with some of the VSTs and plugins, causing even more glitches in the program.

Essential Skin Food purchase
I recently bought a 3-month stash of a specific skincare product from this company. To my disappointment, after using it for a month and a half, I didn't see any improvement in my skin at all. I decided to follow the return and refund rules that were outlined in the product description. When I contacted customer service, they told me I had to finish the full 3-month supply before I could get a partial refund. I agreed to that, thinking it was fair. However, when I reached out again after finishing the treatment, they said I needed to send back the empty jars at my own cost to get a refund. Are you kidding me? I had already recycled the jars, so I was out of luck. No refund, no discussion. Seems like a shady deal to me. Lesson learned - don't waste your money on this product.

Missing product
I ordered from this company for the first time and got 3 things, but only got 2. When I contacted customer service, it took 5 days for a response and they said they sent everything. I didn't get the missing item or a refund. I feel like I got ripped off and won't order from them again.
