Unacceptable experience
Eh, so I gotta tell ya, I was so let down by my most recent purchase from this online shop. Took ages for the order to show up, and when it finally did, they sent me the wrong item! The customer service was no help at all, and all they offered was a tiny refund that felt like a slap in the face. I'm totally miffed about the whole thing and won't be shopping there again. Better to shell out a bit more dough at a reliable shop where you know you'll get the right stuff and good service, eh.
Got a shirt
I ordered a shirt from that website but it never arrived, and they won't refund me. Now I'm broke because of that company!
scam warning
Watch out when dealing with this agency that claims to be affiliated with Rue La La. They'll have you complete tasks in exchange for payment, but then they ghost you and shut down your account. It's a total scam, eh!
Expensive boots in the wrong size
So, I bought some fancy boots online from Rue Lala and let me tell you, the whole thing was a total bust. They sent me the wrong size boots and all they wanted to do was give me a lousy $10 credit and have me print out a "free" return label. Like, come on! Now I have to haul this massive box of size 10 boots to the closest drop-off spot. Not cool. Needless to say, I won't be giving them my business again.
Excellent customer service and timely delivery
I had a great experience shopping at Rue Lala. The customer service team was really fast at fixing a problem I had with my order and gave me a refund right away. My items came on time, just like they said. I really liked how efficient and professional Rue Lala was during my shopping experience.
Seat covers and a blanket
Eh, so I've been ordering stuff from this place for, like, the past year and let me tell ya, the stuff I got was pretty terrible, eh? Like, the quality was super bad, eh? I ordered these seat covers for $25 each and they just fell apart, eh? And don't even get me started on this blanket I got - it fell apart after just one wash, eh? And to top it all off, if you wanna return stuff, they charge ya $12, eh? Like, c'mon, you already paid for shipping, right? So, like, my advice is to not waste your money here, guys. Just steer clear of that place, eh?
Dress purchase
Eh, so I found this dress online for only $31, right? I was a bit hesitant after checking out some reviews, but I decided to go for it. Well, guess what? The dress showed up today, and it was exactly what I wanted, fit perfectly, and looked super cute on! I might've lucked out, but I'm honestly so pleased with my buy.
Slow delivery, refusal to refund
I recently ordered something online from this store and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. The delivery took forever, like a whole month longer than they said it would. And when I asked for a refund because of the delay, they gave me a hard time and fed me a bunch of lies about their policies. It was so annoying and just really let me down. I wouldn't suggest shopping there to anyone after my experience.
Returned gift, partial refund issue
I recently bought a gift for my wife online using AfterPay, but had to return it. Unfortunately, I didn't get the full refund amount back. AfterPay said it was Rue La La's fault, but the customer service rep I talked to was not helpful at all and didn't want to take any blame. So now I'm missing a big chunk of my money from the refund. Dealing with Rue La La and AfterPay was a total nightmare. It's not right for a business to act like this.
Heavy down feather jacket
When I decided to order this heavy down feather jacket online, I was really hoping for a cozy and warm winter jacket. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was way too heavy and didn't give me the warmth I was looking for. Trying to return it was a nightmare. The customer service was basically non-existent, no one would respond even after I tried reaching out multiple times. The chat feature was useless and I couldn't find a way to talk to a real person. This was hands down the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
Fake Tahari Coat
I just bought what I thought was a Tahari coat from this online shop, but man, was I ever mistaken. The coat I got was obviously fake, with mismatched rivets and cheap plastic buttons. I did some digging later on and couldn't find this style being sold by any legit sellers or even by Tahari themselves. Rue La La won't own up to it or give me my money back, so now I have to battle it out with my credit card company and PayPal. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site!
Over $1000 order
I had a really bad experience with my purchase over $1000 from this website. I placed my order back in September and it's now the end of November and I still haven't received anything. The International Customer Service team keeps sending me automated messages saying they need more time and had a failed delivery attempt. It's frustrating because I had it shipped to my business address which is open for a long time every day. And they never answer any of my questions in my emails. I highly recommend not buying anything from this website.
Unauthorized Charges
This website is so sketchy - definitely steer clear! I bought something and then got slammed with extra charges I didn't authorize. When I reached out to Customer Support for help, it was like talking to a brick wall. It took forever to get my money back, and I had to bug them constantly. And get this - instead of giving me a full refund, they sneakily tried to give me store credit. On top of that, their Customer Service is a joke. The stuff I got was cheap and not even good quality. I feel totally ripped off. Do yourself a favor and avoid this site like the plague. Go spend your money somewhere else.
Ordered lots of stuff
I bought a whole bunch of stuff from that store, but you know, some of it wasn't what I was hoping for. It's like they were trying to pull a fast one on me and get me to buy things that weren't all that fantastic. I think they should have reviews on their products so we can figure out if it's worth it or not. Some things were alright, but others left a lot to be desired.
Bought cool clothes
I've been shopping at this store forever, and the customer service is amazing, and the clothes are so great! I'll never go anywhere else!
Defective jeans, return shipping fee
I recently bought a pair of jeans from Rue Lala, but sadly, I got a defective item. The jeans had dark dye stripes on them that made them impossible to wear. I reached out to customer service right away and asked them not to charge me for the return shipping since the item was not as it should have been. I even sent them photos as proof of the defect. But despite my explanations, the company still insisted that I pay for the return shipping on the faulty item. So, in the end, I had to pay for shipping both ways - $9.99 to get the item and an extra $11.99 to send it back. This whole ordeal has really let me down as a customer.
Gold bracelet that turned out to be fake
I was so excited to get this really awesome gold bracelet, but it turns out it was just plastic! Rue La La should really be more careful about the companies they partner with. Luckily, they were nice enough to let me return it right away.
Disappointing quality
I was so excited about getting my order from Rue Lala, but I was really let down when the product turned out to be so low quality that it fell apart after just one wash. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were so unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all. I've been a loyal customer, so I was really hoping for better treatment and support in fixing this problem. I used to tell everyone about Rue Lala and suggest it to my friends and family, but after this, I won't be shopping here or recommending their business anymore.
Messed up address, lost package, refund given
Oh my goodness, I can't even believe it right now! So, I ordered something from that online store and they sent it to the wrong address in another province. The package didn't even leave their warehouse! And then, I couldn't even change the address, so someone totally stole my package. Ugh! I called them but they couldn't do anything about it except give me a refund. I mean, I appreciate the refund but seriously? I'm never ordering from them again!
Five presents in December
I ordered five presents back in December and they're still stuck in customs in the Netherlands. I called customs, but they said they don't have any record of my parcel. The only tracking link I have is from the shipping company, and it just keeps saying it's being held for customs inspection. I haven't heard anything back from the shipping company at all. I spent over 1k USD on these items and I'm starting to think this might be a scam. It's been months now and I'm not sure what to do, so I'm going to reach out to the police for their advice.
