My experience with the fishing gear and stuff from this company has been awesome. The stuff is top quality, made to last and keep you comfy while you're out on the water. I love how practical the gear is, it's essential for a good fishing trip. Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I bought some super cool stuff online, but when I needed help, it was a total nightmare. There was literally no customer support whatsoever. I tried calling, but nobody picked up. And the live chat? Forget about it, they said no one was even there! And don't even get me started on emailing them, nobody even bothered to reply! It's just not right, especially considering how pricey the stuff was. They should definitely back up their products and step up their customer service game.

I was trying to get some help with Watch Dogs Legion, but they just won't bother responding to my support tickets. Such a crappy company. Hopefully, they'll get bought out by a better company so the games end up in more reliable hands.

Oh my goodness, I can't even believe it right now! So, I ordered something from that online store and they sent it to the wrong address in another province. The package didn't even leave their warehouse! And then, I couldn't even change the address, so someone totally stole my package. Ugh! I called them but they couldn't do anything about it except give me a refund. I mean, I appreciate the refund but seriously? I'm never ordering from them again!

Eh, lemme tell ya, these sunglasses are seriously top-notch when it comes to quality, fit, and style. I gotta say, they looked pretty dang good on me. But, you know what? My joy didn't last long 'cause when my order arrived, it was all banged up from the careless handling during shipping. But hey, gotta give props to their customer service team. After only 10 minutes of chatting with 'em, they already had a replacement headed my way. Now that's what I call some top-notch service! I'll definitely be comin' back to order from them again, no doubt about it.
