    Eh, so I ordered this game online, ya know? And I had to make an account with them, but for some reason, my account wasn't linking up with the game, eh. I tried reaching out to their customer service twice, but both times, they didn't get back to me. They even tried closing my case because I didn't update it after 3 days, but they hadn't even answered me yet, eh. Not cool, man. They really need to step up their customer service game, eh.

    Account hacking incident

    My account got hacked and - no joke - I lost all my games and progress. I tried to get some help by hitting them up on their website and socials, but nada, no answer. It's really annoying to see scammers running wild on their Facebook page, preying on us desperate customers, and the company isn't doing squat about it. I'm super let down by the lack of support and security they got going on.

    The Division 2 game

    This game is awesome, but let me tell ya, setting up an Ubisoft account was a total headache. I was pumped to dive into The Division 2, but nope, couldn't even get my foot in the door because that darn verification code email never showed up. I even went back and forth checking my email and scrolling through my spam folder, but it was a no-go. Clicked on "send a new code" a bunch of times, but nada. Such a waste of time, left me super annoyed.

    I had to get in touch with customer service to change my email since I got a new job and my old one got shut down. I waited 27 whole days for a reply to my request, only to be told I had to verify my email again. It felt like they were messing with me, and I thought the whole thing was just a waste of time.     Man, the service from Ubisoft has really been letting me down. I've been trying to download a game on my Xbox using Ubisoft Plus for hours now. At first, everything was going smoothly, but then out of nowhere, I couldn't play any games. I've tried everything to fix it, like disconnecting and reconnecting my account, but nothing's working. And to make matters worse, I can't even link my account because I'm not getting notifications on my console anymore. I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting but the problem won't budge. I've tried reaching out to Ubisoft for help, but so far, I haven't gotten any support or guidance to fix this issue.

    As a customer who has reached out for help from the company for different problems, I must say I am really disappointed with the service I have received. The support they offer just doesn't cut it - it's slow and unhelpful, and they even close tickets without fixing the issue. It's beyond frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take responsibility or communicate properly, especially when they claim to be all about top-notch service. The fact that the support team keeps giving me canned responses and won't update me on the problems that are still lingering just makes things worse. And on top of all that, there's no clear way to escalate matters when they go unresolved, which really shows how ineffective their support system is.

I recently bought two new games that just wouldn't cooperate, and I started to lose hope in the whole gaming scene. But then I gave this company's gaming software a shot, and it totally impressed me. For only $14.99, I got smooth gameplay without any crashes and mind-blowing graphics. This purchase totally renewed my belief in gaming.

    As someone who's been playing this video game for a while now, I've noticed a lot of problems with the matchmaking system in the current season. Even though I haven't done anything wrong, I keep getting teamed up with players who ruin the game for me, making it super frustrating. It feels like the servers are always acting up, and there's nothing being done about cheaters and troublemakers, which just makes the game less fun overall. I hate to say it, but I wouldn't really recommend this game right now. Maybe try checking out other games like Minecraft instead.
