I had to get in touch with customer service to change my email since I got a new job and my old one got shut down. I waited 27 whole days for a reply to my request, only to be told I had to verify my email again. It felt like they were messing with me, and I thought the whole thing was just a waste of time. I won't be buying anything else from that company.
