I recently bought something at Molton Brown for the first time and it wasn't the greatest experience. Last week, I got something at their store and then a few days later, I decided I wanted to return it. But when I went back to the store to get my money back, they told me they only do exchanges, no refunds. It would've been nice if they had told me that before I bought it, then maybe I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. What's even more annoying is that none of the staff mentioned this policy to me when I was buying it, and the thing I got wasn't cheap. The receipt said I could return unopened items within 28 days, but the store staff said that wasn't true. It seems like they don't really care about their customers or their happiness.

So yeah, I just moved some stuff from one place to another recently, you know? It went really smoothly and the customer service was exactly what I was hoping for. They were awesome the whole way through, so big thumbs up from me!

This game is awesome, but let me tell ya, setting up an Ubisoft account was a total headache. I was pumped to dive into The Division 2, but nope, couldn't even get my foot in the door because that darn verification code email never showed up. I even went back and forth checking my email and scrolling through my spam folder, but it was a no-go. Clicked on "send a new code" a bunch of times, but nada. Such a waste of time, left me super annoyed.

I just bought a game and man, the customer service was just awful. I sent a message to their support team, like, 27 days ago and still haven't heard back. So frustrating, eh? It's obvious they're not on the ball and I'm not gonna stick around to bail them out.
