I just got this new laptop and was all excited to play my favorite games. But then when I tried to log in to my account, it asked for a code that I don't even remember setting up! I've had this account for ages and now I can't even play my games because of this dumb 2-Factor thing. I tried getting some help from them, but no one has even bothered to respond! So rude!

The return process was a breeze. It can be kinda scary ordering clothes online, but knowing I could send stuff back easy peasy and for free? That really put my mind at ease.

Honestly, the customer service at this place is terrible. You would expect sending in an invoice receipt to be easy, but no! They say they will respond in 3-5 days, but guess what? No reply after 3 emails. It's like talking to a wall. So, I had to buy a new case instead of getting a replacement under warranty. And on top of that, the cases they sell end up turning yellow. What a waste of money. Definitely not worth it. I will never buy from this company again.

My first time discovering this brand was when I spotted a pair of twill wide legged pants at Nordstrom that really caught my eye. I loved them so much that I decided to visit the brand's store to find my size. The quality of the pants was outstanding and really impressed me. Later on, I ended up purchasing a cocoon jacket during Nordstrom's yearly sale and fell in love with it as well. The brand's products are of top-notch quality and the prices reflect that. I bought several items directly from the brand, but I have to admit that I'm not a fan of their return policy. You have to pay for return shipping unless you are making an exchange, which can be a bit of a hassle, especially when dealing with sizing issues. Compared to Nordstrom's excellent customer service and return policy, the brand's policy falls short. I usually only buy from them if Nordstrom doesn't have the size or color I want. Despite this drawback, the products themselves are fantastic and definitely worth the inconvenience of dealing with the return policy.

This backpack is amazing for me, eh. It's so roomy, fitting not just my main camera but also a smaller one with lots of lenses and accessories. The material is top quality and the design is really functional and stylish. I'm super happy with my buy and definitely suggest it to any photographer in need of a good, roomy camera bag, eh.
