High-waisted leggings
I was really let down by the customer service I got after buying a pair of high-waisted leggings. It was so annoying how there was hardly any communication from the company. I called many times, emailed a bunch, and even tried their online chat, but got nowhere. It was so frustrating to be ignored after buying something. It felt like they didn't care about me once they got my money, and that really bothered me.
Shapewear
Let me tell you, if I could rate 0 stars - I absolutely would. I made a purchase for some shapewear and chose the Free (Standard) Shipping option. Spanx claimed that it could take up to 9 business days for my order to arrive. As someone who ships packages every single day, I can tell you that 9 business days is absolutely ridiculous. I usually use USPS for my shipments and everything usually arrives within 3 days, sometimes I use FedEx Home as well. Every day, I would get notifications that my package was out for delivery, only for it to never actually show up. Then, on the 9th business day, I get a "Package Delivered" notification with a picture of a bunch of packages on some loading dock - definitely not at my home where it should have been delivered. I won't be giving this company any more of my money after this experience.
Compression leggings purchase
So I got myself a pair of compression leggings from this company recently, but I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how things have gone so far. I ordered them two weeks back and forked out extra cash for expedited shipping, expecting them to show up in 3-5 business days. But here I am still waiting for them. And to top it off, they used FedEx as the shipping carrier, which hasn't been the most reliable in my experience. Now I might have to wait a whole month before I can even think about getting my money back. It's frustrating to see this kind of negligence and lack of respect for customers from this company. Good thing there are lots of other places to buy stuff like this.
Overpriced leggings
I just bought these leggings that were supposed to be really good and long-lasting, but I was pretty let down by how they turned out. I only wore them a few times and kept them stored nicely, but I saw a lot of damage in spots that shouldn't have happened. It's obvious that these leggings didn't meet the brand's high standards, and it's disappointing that neither the store nor the brand seemed to care about my issues. I would tell others to be careful before splurging on these pricey leggings, since they might not hold up well in everyday wear.
$229.90 worth of clothing, normal size too large
I just bought some clothes online and they ended up being way too big for me. I tried to return or exchange them the next day, but they said no because the items were on sale. I was really bummed out by that policy, I wasn't expecting it at all. Normally when I shop online, sellers are cool with exchanges, so this caught me off guard. I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now, but this whole situation has got me thinking twice about shopping with them again.
Black leggings
These black leggings were such a letdown. They felt so cheap and thin, definitely not worth what I paid for them. I tried to contact customer service to get a refund, but they just kept giving me excuses. They said they would refund me if I gave them some details, but all I ended up with was a lousy gift card. Stay away from this company, they're not worth it.
Bra with front closure
I recently treated myself to a fancy bra that clasps in the front, thinking it would be a real game-changer. Well, let me tell you, I couldn't have been more mistaken! That thing broke after just a couple wears, leaving me feeling like I got totally ripped off. I was expecting better quality for the price I paid, you know? Now I gotta go through the whole hassle of getting it fixed by a seamstress because the company's idea of compensation with a discount on a future purchase just doesn't cut it for me. Honestly, until they upgrade that flimsy plastic clasp to something more sturdy, my advice is to save your money and steer clear of this bra.
new undies and tanks
I just bought some new underwear and tank tops and they're super comfy and adorable! I ordered a variety of sizes and colors, but they sent me the wrong ones. I tried calling to sort it out, but the lady in customer service was really rude and not helpful at all. She didn't even try to fix the problem or cancel the extra order I didn't mean to make.
Two pairs of shaping undergarments (shapewear)
I bought two pairs of shaping underpants from this store and I am so disappointed with the quality. I only wore them a few times and they already have rips and loose threads. The material they used is way worse than other ones I've bought before. I'm never shopping here again.
Nearly Perfect Men's Boxer Briefs
Eh, these boxer briefs are pretty great, almost as good-looking as me, if you ask me. Yeah, they're a bit expensive, but they're top quality. The customer service was awesome, eh, only complaint is the waistband rolling up sometimes. Once they fix that, I'll be buying a bunch more of these.
High-quality clothes
I just bought some clothes from this clothing company, and let me tell you, I am really impressed with how well-made the clothes are. They fit me perfectly, and every time I wear them, I get compliments. I did have to return a bra once, but it was super easy and not a big deal at all. I don't get why some folks leave bad reviews about the shipping or returns, 'cause my experiences have all been great. Overall, I'm one happy customer.
Online shopping error
I messed up when I was shopping online, and I accidentally sent a return meant for another store to Spanx. But let me tell you, the customer service at Spanx was top-notch. They really went out of their way to fix my mistake. They refunded me right away for the item I sent to them by accident, and they even sent the money straight to my PayPal account. It was clear they care about their customers a lot. I was super impressed by how much they did to make sure I was happy, and it definitely says a lot about their values as a company.
Pants for event
Oh man, I really needed these pants for a fancy event I have to go to next week. I thought I had ordered them with enough time, but they still haven't been shipped! Now I have to hurry to find another pair just in case these ones don't arrive on time. And can you believe they won't let me cancel my order even though it hasn't been shipped yet? Like, seriously, what's the deal with that? I have to keep waiting around who knows how long just to return these pants and get my money back. Ugh, so not cool.
'Perfect' pant
I recently bought the 'perfect' pants from this brand and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. I saw an influencer on Instagram recommending their new clothes line, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Ordering was a breeze and I got updates on my pants delivery. When they came, I was really happy with how good the quality and fit was. Long-sleeve tee
I recently bought this long-sleeve tee that looked pretty cool, but it ended up being not as good as the ones I already have from the same store. But all they said was to keep looking for them. Eventually, I had to get my credit card company involved to sort it out. It was super frustrating, and I wish I had read some reviews before buying.
Online order issue
I had a pretty bad time with an online order I made recently. I got a confirmation email but noticed my shipping address and name were wrong. So, I called customer service right away to fix it, but even after confirming my info, they couldn't make the changes. It was really annoying how they couldn't just update my address easily.
Jeans and pants purchased, superior quality, fit, and value
I recently bought some jeans and pants and I gotta say, I am so impressed with how good they are! The fabric is top quality, the design is spot on, and the fit is just perfect. I've never had pants that fit so well before! I loved the first pair so much that I ended up getting a bunch more, and every single pair has been even better than I expected.
Faux suede leggings for tall legs
Finally, a brand that gets us tall folks! I recently bought three pairs of faux suede leggings from this brand and let me tell you, they fit my long legs perfectly. The colors are always changing, which keeps things exciting - last year I got the Camel and Chocolate, this year I went for the Caramel and I've got my sights set on the Navy next. They even have a Flare Leg style with a longer inseam, which is a game-changer for us taller girls. Spanx has always been my favorite for tummy control undergarments, so I was so happy to discover that they now have the same technology in their outerwear. Thanks to these leggings, my closet has never looked better!
Twill wide legged pant, cocoon jacket, various other items
My first time discovering this brand was when I spotted a pair of twill wide legged pants at Nordstrom that really caught my eye. I loved them so much that I decided to visit the brand's store to find my size. The quality of the pants was outstanding and really impressed me. Later on, I ended up purchasing a cocoon jacket during Nordstrom's yearly sale and fell in love with it as well. The brand's products are of top-notch quality and the prices reflect that. I bought several items directly from the brand, but I have to admit that I'm not a fan of their return policy. You have to pay for return shipping unless you are making an exchange, which can be a bit of a hassle, especially when dealing with sizing issues. Compared to Nordstrom's excellent customer service and return policy, the brand's policy falls short. I usually only buy from them if Nordstrom doesn't have the size or color I want. Despite this drawback, the products themselves are fantastic and definitely worth the inconvenience of dealing with the return policy.
