'Perfect' pant
I recently bought the 'perfect' pants from this brand and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. I saw an influencer on Instagram recommending their new clothes line, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Ordering was a breeze and I got updates on my pants delivery. When they came, I was really happy with how good the quality and fit was. They're definitely perfect for work and I'm thrilled with this find. Can't wait to try more of their stuff in the future!

Unfair return policy
I was really disappointed when I found out that you can't return something once you've opened it. It doesn't seem fair at all, especially if you're just trying to see if a product is right for you. The customer service I dealt with wasn't very helpful when I brought up this issue.
