Expensive product, unsure of efficacy
I haven't tried this product yet, but the price of $85.00 for a 30-day supply makes me think twice about switching from my current medication, which is cheaper. Also, the fact that it might take at least two months to see any changes means I would need to spend $170 to see if it works, which seems risky. Some people in pain might feel desperate for relief and end up spending a lot on these kinds of products. For me, I'm not willing to take that financial risk without a guarantee that it will actually help me.
Arthritis pain relief supplement
This supplement has been a game-changer for my arthritis pain, eh. I started using it in September 2016, and after 18 months of daily use, my pain was significantly reduced, eh. I even changed my delivery schedule due to the positive effects on my health, eh. The company is great at adjusting delivery, and the individual pouches make it easy to take the supplements every day, eh. The 3-week trial for $19.95 is a fantastic way to try it out, eh.
Relief for shoulder and neck pain
When I go without it, my shoulders and neck hurt, but when I take it, it helps relieve the pain. I do yoga every day and am really fit. This really works for me, and I can't deny that.

I tried it for 3 weeks and it did help with some of the pain, but honestly, it wasn't worth the extra money. Felix claimed it was for shipping, but that just seems like a ripoff! I won't be purchasing it again.
Trial of pain relief supplement
I gotta say, I was really let down by this pain relief supplement. I mean, they had all these fancy ads and celebs backing it up, but it actually made my pain even worse. And don't even get me started on the billing shenanigans. They sent me another 30-day supply without even asking and charged my card without permission. When I tried to return it, their customer service was no help at all. Took forever to get them to agree to the return, and even then, they wouldn't refund my original shipping fee. My husband thought the product was useful at first, but once the trial period was over, they kept charging him without permission. He had to call the bank a bunch of times to fix it, but luckily he got his money back in the end. Be careful of this sneaky billing trick!
Unhappy trial cancellation
I decided to cancel my trial order just before being charged for another month, but even after getting a cancellation notice, my order still ended up shipping and I got charged. Dealing with customer service was so frustrating, and they told me to send the package back for a refund that I never received. When I checked back in, they said they would deduct the return shipping costs from my refund. What a headache!
Expensive supplements
As someone who's tried these supplements, I gotta say the prices are pretty steep for what you get. The product might be top-notch, but the high cost is a turn-off for a lot of folks. I'm not too thrilled about the company's pricing tactics and I hope to see some better deals down the road.

I saw this guy on TV looking really sad. He was crying and talking about how this product changed his life, but he still looked really down. If it's gonna make you cry like that, I don't want any part of it, you know?
Dying Mom's leftover pain relief
My Mom was sick and my Step Dad took care of her till she passed away. Then he got really sick himself. We still had some pain meds that were unopened and not expired from when my Mom was around. When we tried to return them, they only gave us back one pack! I called and told them how unfair it was, especially since they know my Dad buys a lot of stuff from them. It's just not right that they have a rule saying you can only get refunds within 90 days. It feels like a scam!
Omega-3 product
I recently bought a product that said it had Omega-3 on the website, but when I got it, I found out it actually had 1,400 mg of fish oil. Unfortunately, my body doesn't react well to fish oil and I had some bad side effects. The company only accepts returns for unopened packages, so I'm out $80 with a product that didn't help my arthritis pain like it said it would. I did some more research and couldn't find any medical studies to back up the product's claims. It was a tough lesson, so I recommend being careful with ads that promise a lot but don't have evidence to support it.
Initial purchase disappointment
We tried out the product for the trial period, but it didn't help my husband at all. When we tried to cancel, we still got charged for the next month and it cost more. Unfair return policy
I was really disappointed when I found out that you can't return something once you've opened it. It doesn't seem fair at all, especially if you're just trying to see if a product is right for you. The customer service I dealt with wasn't very helpful when I brought up this issue.
