I had a great experience with the customer service team. They reply super fast - I get an auto reply within minutes and then a personal response within 10 minutes or less. They always fix any problems I have right away. I really recommend their customer service, it's the best.

I decided to cancel my trial order just before being charged for another month, but even after getting a cancellation notice, my order still ended up shipping and I got charged. Dealing with customer service was so frustrating, and they told me to send the package back for a refund that I never received. When I checked back in, they said they would deduct the return shipping costs from my refund. What a headache!
