Igniter replacement for Pitboss Copperhead
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with the Pitboss Copperhead. Let me tell you, it's been a real headache since day one. I only used it for a few hours before the igniter gave out and caused some problems with the control fuse. Customer support wasn't much help either - they said they'd send me a new igniter, but it never arrived. I've been waiting for over three weeks now, with nothing but broken promises. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I'm returning it to the store and saying goodbye to this Pitboss nightmare.

Winter coat
I just bought a winter coat from this company, but I never got it. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but it was really hard to get any help. And because the package wasn't insured, it made it even more frustrating that my order never showed up. I'm pretty upset and not happy at all with their service.

My photo editing software stopped working
My photo editing software just stopped working out of nowhere while I was working on my masterpiece! I was getting so frustrated and didn't know what to do, so I decided to reach out to customer service for help. They got back to me really quickly and I was able to chat with this really cool person named Vlada. She gave me clear instructions on how to fix the problem, even though I'm not the best with technology. She was so patient and made everything easy to understand. Thanks to Vlada, I can keep living my dream of being a photo editing superstar!
