    HDR Merge feature issue

    I had a problem with the HDR Merge feature on my photo editing software recently. I was trying to merge three RAW images with different exposures, but the program kept crashing on me. Super frustrating! So, I decided to contact Customer Service for help. Luckily, they got back to me quickly and walked me through some troubleshooting steps. Turns out, all I needed to do was disable the graphic processor on my MacBook Pro in the program settings, and voila! The HDR Merge feature started working like a charm. I was really impressed with the helpful and efficient support team at SKYLUM. Big thanks for the awesome service!

    Neo software file type issue

    I had a little hiccup with the Neo software not wanting to open a certain type of file. So, I decided to get in touch with customer service through the chat feature in the program. Luckily, I was quickly connected with a rep, although they did have to hand me off to the tech team. Still, I was pretty impressed by their speedy response and how efficiently they handled everything. Just under a minute later, I got an email from the tech team and my problem was fixed in no time. The customer service at SKYLUM totally went above and beyond, surpassing all my expectations. It was definitely a top-notch experience!

    Photo editing software feedback

    The photo editing software I bought from this company has been awesome to have in my toolbox. It's been running smoothly for the last six months. But, I hit a bit of a snag with a random email I got from them that had me scratching my head. So, I shot an email over to their support team and was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me within a day. They managed to sort everything out in just 2 days, which was super impressive and one of the best customer service experiences I've had.     Photo editing software for iPad.

    I got myself some photo editing software for my iPad not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. With this software, I can work on my photos anywhere, which is a game-changer compared to being stuck at my desktop or laptop. It's so handy for what I need.
