Flower delivery order
I ordered some flowers to be delivered on March 7th, with a delivery date of March 11th. Unfortunately, the flowers didn't arrive on time as promised, and I didn't receive any updates on why. It's a bit worrying that they're good at taking orders but not so good at delivering them promptly. Maybe they should consider updating their website to show which areas they can actually deliver to, to avoid disappointments like this one.

I just bought some festival outfits and I gotta say, they are top-notch! Super comfy and great quality. It was my first time shopping at this store and I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything fit and how sturdy it was. Sandal order for my daughter
I recently bought sandals for my daughter from this store. I've always liked their shoes, so I decided to get her a new pair. But it's been three weeks now, and I haven't heard anything about when my order will arrive. It's frustrating because they said it would take 5-15 days. After waiting for 24 days, a package showed up, but it had a hat in it instead of the sandals I ordered. Now I'm waiting to see how customer service will deal with this and if they can fix it quickly.
