In-game purchases
Hey there, you know I was really loving this game. The gameplay was so engaging, it kept me hooked and wanting more. But as soon as I ran into a problem and needed some help, it was a total struggle. It seemed like no one was listening to my concerns and there was no solution in sight. It really soured my whole experience with the game. It's a real bummer when awesome gameplay is overshadowed by lousy customer service, eh?
Recent in-game purchase
I just bought some stuff in the game to help me move forward, eh. But guess what? The resources I was supposed to get didn't show up like they were supposed to. So, I contacted customer support for some help, but all I got were useless answers and nobody wanting to own up to the mistake. I've been playing this game for a while now, and let me tell ya, this whole situation has left me feeling let down and annoyed, eh.
Mech Arena pay2win experience
Mech Arena is just the worst game ever! I spent money thinking I'd have a good time, but my buddy who barely plays is doing way better than my other friend and me. The customer service is terrible, they promised a new progression track but it's been a problem for months. Stay away from this game, total rip-off!
Lost Island Adventures purchase
I put a lot of money into the Lost Island Adventures game, but when I came back after a break, all my progress was gone. I showed evidence of what I achieved before, but the customer service team was no help at all. They basically said I was out of luck. It's obvious that this company cares more about making money than keeping their customers happy. It's really disappointing how they treat loyal gamers like me. I suggest avoiding any games from this sketchy company.
Wide selection of games, free-to-play
As someone who loves playing video games, I'm always looking for new and exciting games to try out. Recently, I found a gaming service that has a ton of games to choose from, and the best part is that most of them are free! This was a big selling point for me because I could try out a bunch of different games without spending a lot of money. What really impressed me was that they had games from both lesser-known developers and big-name studios. This variety made it easy for me to find something that fit my gaming preferences perfectly.
New player prize spot gone
I've been gaming in multi-player since the ASCII and ANSI days, and let me tell you, this game is legit! The only problem was when this player, who had only been playing for 11 weeks, won a big forum prize and got a bigger spot in the order than anyone else. Then they just disappeared! Reminded me of a scam in WOW. But all in all, the game is pretty good.
In-game purchases
I've been playing this game for a while now, and honestly, it's not worth it. At first, it seemed good, but then it became all about paying to win. The prices for stuff in the game are way too high and just not worth the cash. Plus, there's no way to convert your money, so if you're not using American dollars, you're kind of getting screwed over. And don't even get me started on all the server problems and glitches. My advice? Don't waste your time or money on this game.
Wasted time and money
I wasted so much time playing this game, just to figure out it's all about making money. The bugs and constant changes they make just to get you to spend more money are so annoying. Don't bother, go find a game that actually cares about its players.
Promo code issue
My experience with the promo code issue at this company was really disappointing. I entered a promo code in April hoping to get the reward that was promised. But the code didn't work, and when I contacted customer support, they just kept giving me lies and excuses. Even though I showed proof that I entered the code when it was still valid, they kept insisting that I didn't. It was obvious that Plarium Players Support didn't care about fixing the problem or admitting their error. It's sad to see a company put making money above making customers happy and treating them with respect.
In-game resources
I'm really bummed about my time on this platform. The game keeps crashing, and I end up losing all the stuff I bought. It's not cool that I'm basically wasting my money because of these technical problems. It feels sketchy and just not right.
In-app purchases
My experience with the game and customer support has been pretty disappointing, eh. I feel like the company cares more about making money than keeping their customers happy, and it really shows in how they don't provide good support and don't listen to their players. If you're thinking about spending money on this game, I'd suggest being careful and ready for not-so-great support and service, eh.
Online gaming subscription
I signed up for this online gaming service a couple years ago, and it's been rough. The game always freezes up during big moments, like kill events or hero key events. It's super annoying and really ruins the fun for me and the other players.
I've complained so many times, but the company hasn't done anything to fix these problems. It's just disappointing and makes me feel like they don't care about us as customers.Exploitative in-game behavior
I just started playing this game and I joined a clan. I came across a player who was using shady tactics. They'd wait for my shields to drop and then swoop in to steal my resources. They kept doing this in different spots. It looks like running into cheaters is just a part of the game.
Fusion event frustration
The recent fusion event for Gnut really got me riled up. They made us chase after a champion with way too many points, and then threw in a summoning event right before it. It felt like they were purposefully getting us all excited only to let us down in the end. I felt like if I didn't shell out more money and finish the fusion, all my time and cash would be wasted. Once I finally completed it, I made up my mind that I'm done paying for anything on this platform. It's obvious they care more about getting us to compete and spend money than actually making sure players are happy. I'm really let down by their tactics.
Wasted money on this game
That is just crazy, eh? Spending all that money on the game just to come up against a super hard part that you can't get past unless you spend even more cash. It's a total joke and definitely not worth it, eh?
Long-time player disappointed with exclusive in-game offer
I've been playing Raid Shadow Legends for years now, putting in a lot of time and even some money to make my account the best it could be. It was my favorite game until a year ago when they released a big pack, but only for certain players. This pack had a lot of supplies that gave the recipients a big advantage in the game. What made it even worse was that it was being sold for a really low price, which put players like me who didn't get it at a disadvantage. Because of this, newer players who did get the pack were suddenly way ahead of those of us who had been playing for a long time. It felt really unfair, like all my effort and dedication had been wasted because of how Plarium treated us.
Expensive in-game events
This company is way too greedy and sneaky, taking advantage of players by pressuring them to spend crazy amounts on in-game stuff. The event they have going on in November is a prime example of this, basically pushing players to shell out a ridiculous sum of money just to get one champion in a so-called "free to play" game. It's not cool and definitely unethical.
In-app purchases
The game is really fun and addicting, but the customer service from the company is just terrible. I've had a bunch of problems with the game, like bugs and glitches, that they never seem to fix. It feels like all they're focused on is putting out new stuff to make extra cash, instead of making the game better for us players. It's super annoying and disappointing how little they care about supporting their customers and keeping us in the loop.
