My experience with the game and customer support has been pretty disappointing, eh. I feel like the company cares more about making money than keeping their customers happy, and it really shows in how they don't provide good support and don't listen to their players. If you're thinking about spending money on this game, I'd suggest being careful and ready for not-so-great support and service, eh.
