Promo code issue
My experience with the promo code issue at this company was really disappointing. I entered a promo code in April hoping to get the reward that was promised. But the code didn't work, and when I contacted customer support, they just kept giving me lies and excuses. Even though I showed proof that I entered the code when it was still valid, they kept insisting that I didn't. It was obvious that Plarium Players Support didn't care about fixing the problem or admitting their error. It's sad to see a company put making money above making customers happy and treating them with respect.
