I signed up for this online gaming service a couple years ago, and it's been rough. The game always freezes up during big moments, like kill events or hero key events. It's super annoying and really ruins the fun for me and the other players.

I've complained so many times, but the company hasn't done anything to fix these problems. It's just disappointing and makes me feel like they don't care about us as customers.
