Password security app
The password security app is really cool, eh! It keeps all of my passwords safe in one spot and I can access them from my phone, computer, or wherever. I like that the app creates super strong passwords for any new accounts I make. On top of that, there's extra security stuff like VPN, Dark Web monitoring, and checking your password health in the fancy version. If you're still using easy-to-guess passwords or keeping them on paper, you gotta try this app. I suggest checking out the free version first to see how awesome it is.
Old guy needed help with computer
Ya know, I'm pretty up there in age at 72 and not too tech-savvy. I was trying to figure out this thing on my computer called Dashlane, but man, it was just not happenin' for me. But then along comes Peter from customer support, and he's just the bomb. Super patient and friendly, he helped me out big time. Thanks to him, I now have Dashlane up and running smoothly on my Firefox browser.
SaaS product purchase
The SaaS product I bought was not only a good price but it also gave me all the tools I needed for my security stuff. But, I was kinda bummed to see they don't have an app for WearOs devices like they do for Apple watches. Hopefully the company sees this and works on making more stuff for everyone who uses their products.
Password manager purchase
This password manager is really handy, it has lots of cool features. It works great on iPhone and Chrome on desktop. But when I tried to upgrade to the premium account through the Apple App Store, I had some trouble. I suggest getting the premium account straight from the provider's website for an easier process.
Password manager review
I gotta say, this app is amazing! I ran into some trouble changing my main password but the folks who helped me out were so fast and effective. They sorted out the issue in just a few days.
Switching plans
I wanted to switch plans a few months back, but they told me I had to cancel and then buy the new plan. I only managed to do it with some help. The process wasn't the smoothest.
My chat experience
I was kinda upset that I couldn't talk on the phone, but then I connected with Ric and he totally saved the day. It was a bit annoying jumping from the computer to the chat, but everything worked out in the end and my issue got resolved.
I bought this service a while ago
Customer support was amazing, really went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I didn't end up using the service for very long and found some other options that worked better for me.
