Dashlane - Reviews and experiences

When I first signed up for the free plan with this password manager, I thought it was a good deal. But as time went on, I noticed that there were a lot of features that were only for premium users, making it hard to use effectively. The premium plan is pricier than other options out there, and as a free user, I found better alternatives. It seems like the company is trying to reel customers in with a good deal at first, then slowly taking features away to make them upgrade. I'd recommend checking out other password managers before settling on this one.

Dashlane's service is really great. This is my second time ordering for my business from them, and I'm still super impressed. Their customer service is quick and helpful, especially when it comes to different payment options. Since we're a non-profit group, we don't do credit cards, so being able to pay by invoice is a big bonus thanks to Dashlane's flexibility. The software itself is awesome, but sometimes there are small login problems that don't last long.

Deb and Rick were absolutely fantastic, they fixed my issue in record time. I made a mistake and ended up creating a second account, but Rick sorted it all out and even gave me a refund. When I had a problem with the product, I had a hard time reaching an actual person from the company because the automated menu didn't match my issue. But when I finally talked to a representative, they quickly fixed the problem. I was happy with how helpful and efficient they were in sorting out the issue.

This password manager is really handy, it has lots of cool features. It works great on iPhone and Chrome on desktop. But when I tried to upgrade to the premium account through the Apple App Store, I had some trouble. I suggest getting the premium account straight from the provider's website for an easier process.
