    My chat experience

    I was kinda upset that I couldn't talk on the phone, but then I connected with Ric and he totally saved the day. It was a bit annoying jumping from the computer to the chat, but everything worked out in the end and my issue got resolved.

    My purchase was quick and easy

    They always reply super fast, usually within a day. They provide me with useful information and are really patient. The only thing that would make them even better is if they had phone support - I've been requesting it for a while. I would give them 5 stars if they added that!

    Personal Premium Plan transition to Business Plan

    I've been using this service for a while now, and I recently made the decision to switch from a Personal Premium Plan to a Business Plan for my workplace. I signed up a few people with Personal Plans and was told by the support team that moving them to the Business Plan would be smooth sailing. However, for the past month, I've been having trouble adding the existing Personal Accounts to the Organization. The support team is taking forever to respond, and when they do, they haven't been much help. Even after trying multiple times, my team still can't access the new shared passwords because they're not recognized as part of the Organization. I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and support from the team.
