I recently called customer service to tell them how unhappy I was with the products I bought from this company for Christmas. The stuff I got was really bad quality and didn't meet what I was expecting at all. I was super disappointed and felt like I got ripped off. After I shared my concerns, the customer service person told me I could return everything for a refund. I've also decided to write some reviews about the products I bought to show the company how bad they were. Honestly, my experience with this company has been really bad and I wouldn't suggest their products to anyone.

My services contract got cancelled because my sales rep was acting really unprofessional. When I got back from the hospital with my dad, I found a bunch of mean emails from them. The way they talked down to me and showed no care really made me doubt if they were the right person to represent the company. Even though I was interested in the services at first, I couldn't ignore how rude they were.

I bought a bunch of stuff from this online store to give as gifts. Unfortunately, when I got the oekaki drawing board, the box was already opened and the screen looked messed up or like it had been used. I reached out to customer service to tell them about the problem, and they said that sometimes items get opened up at the warehouse for quality checks. But, there was no heads up about this for customers, which makes me wonder about their quality control. The fact that the screen was obviously not in good shape makes me worry about the stuff they're selling. Even though I used a discount code, I couldn't return the messed-up item. They offered a gift card for the amount I spent, but I said no because I don't trust the brand anymore after this mess.

The customer support I got was super helpful and thoughtful. They totally tackled all my concerns and gave me a solution. The only thing is, it took forever to get a response, and it was annoying not being able to call for help right away.

I had a pretty crappy experience with the resume writing services I got. I got several resumes that just weren't up to par, so I decided to reach out and let them know I wasn't happy. But no matter how many times I tried to explain my concerns, the customer service team just brushed me off.
