I've been using this social media tool for a while now, and I have to say, the recent updates have been pretty disappointing. The price keeps going up, but the service quality keeps going down. Before, I could easily schedule posts, but now, almost all of them don't even go live. It's really frustrating and not cool. I think there are other options out there that are more reliable and cheaper.

Sprout is a nifty tool for sharing social media duties among team members. It's great for staying organized and making sure everyone knows what's up. Sure, it can get a bit expensive when you bring on new users, but for us, a small team, it's totally worth it.
Trial experience
I signed up for a free trial of Sprout for seven days, but it didn't really impress me. At first, I was keeping up with 586 accounts, but once I started using the platform, it made me follow about 1100 accounts. After a week, I only got 6 new followers, which is just a 1% increase. I wanted to unfollow those who didn't follow me back, but sadly, it wasn't possible, so I had to do it manually. Eventually, I switched to an app called Combin, which made it easier for me to see who wasn't following me back without any issues. Sprout claimed to have a 20% increase in followers, but I only saw a 1% rise. I had a feeling it wouldn't work out, and turns out I was right. It just ended up giving me more unnecessary work to deal with.
Cancelled services due to poor customer service
My services contract got cancelled because my sales rep was acting really unprofessional. When I got back from the hospital with my dad, I found a bunch of mean emails from them. The way they talked down to me and showed no care really made me doubt if they were the right person to represent the company. Even though I was interested in the services at first, I couldn't ignore how rude they were.
