I've been using this social media tool for a while now, and I have to say, the recent updates have been pretty disappointing. The price keeps going up, but the service quality keeps going down. Before, I could easily schedule posts, but now, almost all of them don't even go live. It's really frustrating and not cool. I think there are other options out there that are more reliable and cheaper.

This program used to be great, but now it's a total disappointment. The customer service team doesn't know what they're doing, the price has doubled, and the software features have been cut back. It's a nightmare trying to get help with active accounts or fix any problems. Definitely not worth the trouble. Stay away from it at all costs!

My services contract got cancelled because my sales rep was acting really unprofessional. When I got back from the hospital with my dad, I found a bunch of mean emails from them. The way they talked down to me and showed no care really made me doubt if they were the right person to represent the company. Even though I was interested in the services at first, I couldn't ignore how rude they were.

I love using this platform because it's so easy to navigate. It's great having everything all in one spot for me and my team, it makes things so much more convenient. The only downside is when the account teams keep changing, but I get that it happens.
