Oh my gosh, I had such a terrible experience with them! They charge way too much for their services, but their customer service is seriously lacking. The software is okay, but there are much better companies out there that offer superior service for a more affordable price. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here, eh!

Sprout is a nifty tool for sharing social media duties among team members. It's great for staying organized and making sure everyone knows what's up. Sure, it can get a bit expensive when you bring on new users, but for us, a small team, it's totally worth it.

I got tricked by sproutsocial's free trial offer, but it was all a big scam. Even after I gave them my card info for the trial, they still charged me $99.95 without giving me any trial at all. It's a shady business practice that definitely doesn't make me trust them. Luckily, I was wise enough to cancel my card before they could do any more funny business. These "free trials" are always too good to be true.
