ContractI was so annoyed trying to cancel my subscription with Sproutsocial. They don't make it easy - you can't just do it on the website, you have to email them and explain why. It felt like such a hassle and a waste of time. They really seem to want to make it as hard as possible for people to cancel.

ContractOh man, it was such a pain trying to cancel my account! They make it seem simple but trust me, it's not - you gotta deal with a "success team" member. And let me tell you about those prices - they're way too pricey! Honestly, not worth it at all.
