    Trying to cancel my account

    Eh, so I tried to cancel my account 'cause I don't even use it anymore, but oh man, it was a total nightmare! Like, when I tried to cancel it, my account magically redirected to some other company that bought out Weebly. And then that company couldn't even find my details! What's up with that, eh? So then I tried to dispute it with my bank, but they shut it down too. Ugh, I just wanna cancel my account and stop getting charged, ya know?

    Account recovery issue

    I've been trying to get back into my old account on this website using my email and password but it's been so tough. I've tried resetting my password like a million times but I never get the email to reset it. I even tried using their form online but it wouldn't let me submit it. Then I tried to go to their community but apparently I can't do that unless I'm part of something called "square"? What even is that? I also sent an email to the address they say to use but all I got back was an automatic message saying it's not monitored and giving me the same links to do things that I already tried that didn't work. What's the point of having customer service if it doesn't even exist?

    Domain names purchase

    In the past, I used to always go to this website when I needed to get a domain name. It was my favourite because it was easy to use and the prices were fair. I could always find a good deal and it didn't break the bank. But, lately, I was really surprised to see that the prices have gone way up. What used to be affordable for me is now crazy expensive. It feels like they've turned their backs on us, their long-time customers. It's really disappointing to see a company put making money ahead of keeping their customers happy.

    The website builder is honestly not bad at all. It's user-friendly and offers some awesome features you won't easily find elsewhere. But man, the customer support is just brutal. I had a problem trying to invite people to edit my site and no matter how many times I reached out, I never got a helpful answer. It felt like I was talking to a wall. The poor support really ruins the whole experience of using this website builder. It's a shame because the actual product is pretty darn good.

    At first, I was pretty happy with the website builder. It was cheap and simple to use. But as time went on, I started to see some problems. Suddenly, the prices shot up and they didn't stick to our original agreement. On top of that, the customer service was pretty bad. They weren't helpful at all when I had questions or needed help with something. All in all, I wouldn't suggest using this provider because of their high prices and crappy service.

    My experience with the website builder has been quite frustrating. I've been trying to make my portfolio site look good, but I keep running into problems. The images end up looking blurry and the changes I make don't always save correctly. This has made it really hard to predict how my site will turn out, and it's been super irritating. And now that Square has taken over the platform, things have just gotten worse. They're pushing me to use Square, even though I don't really want to.     I had a bit of a problem with a hosting company that said they were top-notch, but didn't quite deliver. Spent three days going back and forth with tech support, got four different case numbers, and finally realized they don't support VPS name servers or "custom name servers." Because of this, I couldn't park my domain with them, even though they said I could at first.

    Multilanguage upgrade payment issue

    I had some trouble trying to pay for a multilanguage upgrade on the platform. I tried turning off my VPN, adblockers, and everything else, but PayPal wouldn't load. Even when I tried to use my UK Barclaycard for the credit card payment option, it didn't work. It was really frustrating, and it made me wonder if the platform doesn't work well with UK customers anymore.

    I tried out this website builder to make a new site for my small business. At first, everything was going well and I could tweak the design to my liking. But then, I ran into a technical problem that made it impossible for me to log into my account. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but never got a response. It was so frustrating not hearing back and feeling like I was on my own. I was left feeling let down and annoyed. I'd suggest other folks think carefully before giving this service a try.
