CoverageI had a bit of a problem with a hosting company that said they were top-notch, but didn't quite deliver. Spent three days going back and forth with tech support, got four different case numbers, and finally realized they don't support VPS name servers or "custom name servers." Because of this, I couldn't park my domain with them, even though they said I could at first.
