Eh, so I was trying to update my website on this platform, right? And they went ahead and took my money without even asking! Can you believe it, eh? And now I can't even get into my website! Like, talk about annoying, eh? The worst part is I can't even email them to sort it out. What kind of customer service is that, eh? So frustrating, eh?

The lack of customer support is so frustrating! I've been having problems with my website and trying to contact someone for help has been impossible. I even reached out on social media but got no response. The technology on the platform feels outdated compared to others like WIX. After using this platform for ten years, I'm seriously thinking about switching to a different service.

Setting up an online store with Square was tough, eh? The website builder had complicated architecture and not enough features. Dealing with the lack of customer support was even more frustrating, since the online support was weak and phone support was only for top-tier customers. Lower-tier customers were left without proper help, eh?
