This software is not at all what we were hoping for. It promises a lot but falls short in a big way. The features are buggy or just not there. We couldn't even get the basic features to function right, let alone try out any extras. As a small business, this has been really frustrating and a total waste of money. I wouldn't suggest this software to anyone.

In short, I think this software is super easy to use and a must-have for any business wanting to boost their online presence.

I love using this platform because it's so easy to navigate. It's great having everything all in one spot for me and my team, it makes things so much more convenient. The only downside is when the account teams keep changing, but I get that it happens.
