    So I received this strange letter from them asking for money for an order I never received. And then they made me fill out this weird form and mail it back. Seriously, what's up with that?! And on top of it all, they don't even offer free returns, only store credit. It's so frustrating!

    I ordered something on April 11th and got an email on April 13th saying it had been shipped with a FedEx tracking number. But when I checked the tracking number, it only showed that the label had been made and the package hadn't been received. After waiting for a whole week with no updates, I decided to get in touch with customer service. They were able to fix the problem right away.

    Unreliable return process

    I'm really sorry to hear about the tough time you had with returning your items. It's not right for a company to mess up returns and leave you guessing about when you'll get your money back. Customers deserve to feel respected and listened to, especially when things go wrong. It's frustrating when a company doesn't keep you in the loop about what's happening. Making excuses and not following through just makes things worse and shows a lack of responsibility. This kind of behavior is worrying and doesn't make the company look good. You should be able to count on your returns being taken care of properly and fairly.

    Disappointing quality

    I have to say, my experience with this company was terrible. The customer service was so bad. Every time I tried to explain my problem, they would interrupt me and talk over me like they didn't even care. It was obvious they were just trained to make it hard for customers to return things. Years ago, I spoke to a supervisor who actually confirmed this, saying they care more about making money than making customers happy. And let me tell you, the products were not good quality at all. Totally not worth my time or money.

    Damaged swim bottom

    I got a swim bottom that was damaged and I contacted customer service for help. After a few chats and showing them proof of the damage, they told me to send the item back and they would cover the return shipping costs. But even though I sent it back and showed them proof of shipment, they didn't want to refund my shipping charges for an international order. It took me three months of arguing just to get a credit for the returned item, which they only gave me as a discount for my next purchase - but only after I paid for the new order and waited for it to arrive. This kind of service is not cool and I won't be doing business with them again. Just a heads up if you're thinking of buying from this company.

    Slippers in different sizes

    The slippers I ordered were not the right size at all. I got a medium and a large, thinking they'd fit like usual, but they were way too small. Even the large one was tiny, more like a kid's size. It was really misleading and let me down. On top of that, it was so expensive to return them, almost twice what I paid for shipping in the first place. I'm just not happy with this whole thing and wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

    exchange debacle

    My experience with this online retailer has been terrible. I tried to exchange some items for a different size, but there were a lot of delays and extra shipping charges. It took so long for them to process the exchange that my credit card expired. Instead of letting me update the date, they just cancelled the exchange. This goes against what we agreed on, and now they owe me the original shipping fees. I've been trying to get them to give back the money they basically took from me, but their customer service is not helping at all. It seems like this is a common thing with other brands connected to them, and it's really put me off. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

    Dissatisfied with items bought for Christmas

    I recently called customer service to tell them how unhappy I was with the products I bought from this company for Christmas. The stuff I got was really bad quality and didn't meet what I was expecting at all. I was super disappointed and felt like I got ripped off. After I shared my concerns, the customer service person told me I could return everything for a refund. I've also decided to write some reviews about the products I bought to show the company how bad they were. Honestly, my experience with this company has been really bad and I wouldn't suggest their products to anyone.

    Bad experience with Comenity Bank

    My mom and I were super excited to do some online shopping for new clothes, but then we ran into a major issue with this Comenity Bank situation. They kept charging us for stuff we didn't even purchase! My mom was really angry, she mentioned she intends to close all our accounts with them. Shopping online used to be enjoyable, but now it's nothing but stressful. I hope others don't have to deal with this kind of problem as well.

    T-shirt Shrinking Problem

    I bought this shirt in a few different colours, and they all shrunk a ton after just one wash! I couldn't even return them to get my money back. It's really unfair, now I have a bunch of tiny shirts that I can't even wear. I hope they change this refund policy because it's just not right. I don't know if I want to take the chance of buying more stuff if this is how they're gonna treat their customers. I even bought a size up thinking ahead, and it still didn't make a difference.

    After getting wrong stuff from this company so many times, I spent a bunch of time fixing and sending back the items, only to find out that the stuff I actually wanted is sold out. Dealing with customer service has been super annoying and has made me decide it's not even worth shopping here anymore.

    My most recent experience with this company was super frustrating. I ordered some clothes online, but they didn't fit right. When I tried to return them, it was a total hassle. The customer service folks weren't helpful at all and seemed clueless about how to help me quickly. They kept asking for the same info over and over, and I felt like my issues weren't being taken seriously.     Plus size clothing

    I've had a bunch of bad experiences with this company and its other companies. Even though I've told them countless times to stop bothering me, they just keep on reaching out through different ways. The stuff they use in their clothes, like Poly, doesn't let your skin breathe and it's not great for the environment. And their prices are too high for the quality of the fabrics they use. I wouldn't suggest any of the Full Beauty companies to anyone.

    I am so frustrated with this company, it's ridiculous. Their clothes look amazing in the catalog, but when they arrive, it's a completely different story. Sometimes the items are decent if you catch them on sale, but most of the time, it's disappointing. I ordered 3 things and only received 2! And when I asked, they said one was backordered. Backordered my foot, just give me my money back! Their customer service is terrible; they don't make an effort to assist you at all. It seems like they are just taking advantage of customers without any care. I really regret ever placing an order with them.

    The service at this place is just awful, I swear! I wanted to bring back some clothes 'cause they didn't fit at all, and they were just like "oh well, tough luck, can't do anything for ya." I even mentioned that my grandma broke her leg and was in the hospital, but it didn't faze them one bit! So insensitive, don't you think?

    I bought two shirts from this store not long ago, eh. But, the bummer was that one of them didn't fit me, you know. When I went to return it, I was surprised to see that I had to pay for the shipping myself, which was a major letdown, eh. The cost of shipping was gonna be more than the shirt itself, which was pretty frustrating, eh. I tried to get help from customer service, but they weren't helpful or understanding at all, eh. It was just a really disappointing experience overall, eh.

    Online shopping experience

    My experience shopping online with Full Beauty was a complete nightmare. I had to jump through so many hoops just to return some things I bought. The customer service was awful, and nobody could give me the right return info. I had to complain to the Better Business Bureau just to finally get the correct shipping details. This whole ordeal has really turned me off, and I definitely won't be shopping there again.
