I'm really sorry to hear about the tough time you had with returning your items. It's not right for a company to mess up returns and leave you guessing about when you'll get your money back. Customers deserve to feel respected and listened to, especially when things go wrong. It's frustrating when a company doesn't keep you in the loop about what's happening.
