Disappointing quality
I have to say, my experience with this company was terrible. The customer service was so bad. Every time I tried to explain my problem, they would interrupt me and talk over me like they didn't even care. It was obvious they were just trained to make it hard for customers to return things. Years ago, I spoke to a supervisor who actually confirmed this, saying they care more about making money than making customers happy. And let me tell you, the products were not good quality at all. Totally not worth my time or money.

This store is amazing! I got 2 costumes and they are top-notch quality. The service was great - they answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with what I got. The delivery was super fast, arrived earlier than I thought. I'm so pleased with my experience and I'll definitely come back for more cosplay stuff.

My recent purchase
I had a bit of an issue with a package missing from my recent purchase. When I reached out to customer service, they got back to me super quick. They mentioned it was a holiday for them, but they promised to check it out once they were back. And they totally came through! They got in touch as soon as the holiday was over and gave me the info I needed to find my package. They kept following up until I got it and made sure I was happy with everything. I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. I was really impressed by how professional they were the whole time.

Return claim handled well
I was really impressed with how the company handled my return claim. They took the time to explain why I wasn't eligible for the extended warranty at first, but still gave it to me because their website wasn't clear.
