New account setup
So, I signed up for this new account, eh? And, you know what, the guy in the chat, Glenn R., he was actually really nice. He helped me out super quick and gave me all the info I needed to get things going. I still prefer talking to a real person, but Glenn was pretty great for a chat guy, eh?
Trouble with sending fax to restricted number
I was having trouble sending my fax because I forgot to put a '1' in front of the number, but Lyra P. helped me out right away with the Metrofax Chat Services. Their services are top-notch!
Cancelled account due to health and financial reasons

I just used a fax service to send some really important documents, and it was honestly a lifesaver! It was such a relief to have someone walk me through it all.

I just used the fax service and gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. My fax wasn't going through, so I contacted support. Got a response to my email within 1-2 hours, really quick. The rep listened to my issues, gave suggestions, and even talked to management to help me get a credit. I was really impressed by the service, hard to find that kind of support these days.

I've been using my business fax services for a while now, eh. I ran into a small problem before because my credit card info got mixed up and the notifications landed in my spam folder. I'm really disappointed with the online fax service I got. It was so hard to figure out and use, and I also had problems with the billing. I tried to cancel my subscription a few times, but they kept charging me. And then they went and changed my credit card info without asking. It seems like those good reviews must be fake, because my experience was a total nightmare.

I gotta say, my experience with the customer service rep at this company was actually pretty great. I called up just to ask about my bill, but ended up getting a whole rundown on all the services they offer and how to find stuff online. Glenn R. was super patient and made sure I understood everything, even though I don't really use fax services. I really appreciate how he took the time to teach me - it was really impressive. Saved money on e-fax service
Glenn here really helped me out with saving some money on my e-fax service and also gave me some awesome tips on how to cut down on all the spam I was getting in my inbox. I'm really grateful for the assistance and for the lower price I'm now paying for the service.
Billing issue resolution
I had a bit of a problem with my billing on my account because I thought I had cancelled it, but turns out I didn't. So I called customer service for help and got connected with a person named Joke. Despite being annoyed at first, Joke handled everything really well and quickly. I'm not sure if I'll get all my money back, but Joke's customer service was really amazing. Now I just have to wait and see if MetroFax will actually give me a refund, but either way, I'm super impressed with how Joke helped me out.
Canceling husband's account
Glenn R was so helpful when I had to cancel my husband's account after he passed away. He was really nice and patient, even though he had other chats to deal with. I didn't know anything about this company before, but Glenn made the whole process so easy.

It seems like closing an account with them is more complicated than just clicking a button, so that might turn some people off from their services.

I was having a hard time faxing a really important document and I was thinking about just cancelling my plan or account. But then, Glaiza came to the rescue and talked me into sticking around. She was so understanding and helpful during our chat. If I ever have to get in touch with the company again, I really hope Glaiza is the one who answers.

I signed up for this fax service, but then I had to cancel because the person I needed it for didn't want it anymore. Glenn R. was really great and helped me switch to a cheaper plan with fewer pages. He even helped me change the payment date when I was low on cash.
