Billing issue resolution
I had a bit of a problem with my billing on my account because I thought I had cancelled it, but turns out I didn't. So I called customer service for help and got connected with a person named Joke. Despite being annoyed at first, Joke handled everything really well and quickly. I'm not sure if I'll get all my money back, but Joke's customer service was really amazing. Now I just have to wait and see if MetroFax will actually give me a refund, but either way, I'm super impressed with how Joke helped me out.
Educational and Informative Customer Service Experience
I gotta say, my experience with the customer service rep at this company was actually pretty great. I called up just to ask about my bill, but ended up getting a whole rundown on all the services they offer and how to find stuff online. I've been using my business fax services for a while now, eh. I ran into a small problem before because my credit card info got mixed up and the notifications landed in my spam folder. I'm really disappointed with the online fax service I got. It was so hard to figure out and use, and I also had problems with the billing. I tried to cancel my subscription a few times, but they kept charging me. And then they went and changed my credit card info without asking. It seems like those good reviews must be fake, because my experience was a total nightmare.
