So I called customer service for help and got connected with a person named Joke. Despite being annoyed at first, Joke handled everything really well and quickly. I'm not sure if I'll get all my money back, but Joke's customer service was really amazing. Now I just have to wait and see if MetroFax will actually give me a refund, but either way, I'm super impressed with how Joke helped me out.
