VoIP phone portability during emergencies
Net2Phone, which used to be Versature, has been a total lifesaver for us! A few years back, our building had a fire that kicked us out for more than a week. Our patients couldn't get a hold of us because our regular phone lines were all back at the clinic. But Net2Phone saved the day by transferring our main number and loaning us Polycom VoIP phones. We could just plug them into any ethernet port, even at home. This way, we could keep in touch with all our patients, calm them down, and reschedule appointments right from the comfort of our own homes. And when COVID came around and many of us had to work from home, our VoIP phones were super easy to bring along and set up, taking away one less headache for us. Our whole experience with Net2Phone has been great, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and portable phone solutions.
Low-cost VOIP service for small businesses
I've been using this VOIP service for my small business for a few years now and it's been a game-changer. We were having problems with high phone bills from our local phone company, but ever since we switched to this service, we've saved a lot of money. The setup was easy, even with multiple phone lines and handsets in our busy office. The directory and auto-attendant features work smoothly and efficiently, making it simple for our customers to get in touch with the right person every time. I think this service could easily handle bigger businesses too.

Our experience with the business phone service has been really great since we switched to the new provider, now called Net2Phone. The service has been super reliable, hardly any outages affecting our work. The quality is exactly what we need for our business, and the customer support team is always quick to help with any questions or issues we have. The accounts team has been amazing, going out of their way to help us with any account stuff. Overall, we're really happy with the service from Net2Phone.
Renewal process for phone contract
Kali L., the representative, was super helpful and attentive while I was renewing. She stayed in touch as my renewal date got closer, making sure I didn't miss out on renewing. Even though she wasn't my initial contact for the contract, Kali took the time to explain the proposal to me in detail and made sure I understood everything before I made a choice. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, all thanks to Kali's top-notch customer service.
Onboarding with Gurpreet
Gurpreet was amazing to work with! She really helped us get everything set up and made sure we knew what we were doing. We personalized our system and felt completely supported throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this to all business owners!

My Net2Phone experience
My experience working with this company has had its ups and downs. The onboarding process went pretty smoothly, which was nice. But, there were times when I didn't receive important info or updates when I needed them, and that was frustrating. Communication is super important in any business, so it was a bit of a letdown.
