I used Versature for a long time before trying a different provider, but they turned out to be not so reliable. Luckily, I switched back to Versature and they really came through with amazing service and reliability. Since net2phone took over, the quality and service have been fantastic. I definitely recommend this VOIP provider.

And it's frustrating that the support staff often try to blame issues on the customer's systems, which wastes a lot of time. It shouldn't be up to the customer to prove that their network is set up correctly according to the provider's recommendations. The provider needs to take responsibility for their own system and make sure it's working properly all the time.
Overall, I've been dealing with an ongoing issue for weeks without any updates or solution in sight. The provider's lack of communication and urgency is not acceptable and shows a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. In the end, I wouldn't recommend this provider to any business looking for a reliable and efficient VOIP service.
