Jett and Chamber Cosplays
I recently ordered two cosplays from this shop, the Jett and Chamber costumes. At first, I wasn't sure about the quality, but turns out they were really good. When I tried to order the Jett cosplay, it was sold out. I contacted customer service and they helped me right away, even though there was a time difference. I liked that they had a WhatsApp service to see when they were available. The quality of the cosplays was even better than I expected. However, the sizing was a bit off since I didn't consider that they were Asian sizes. For instance, the pants were too long for me, even though they were supposed to fit someone up to 5'9" (I'm 5'11"). Next time, I'll remember that. The accessories, fabrics, and prints were all great, just like in the pictures. The shipping was also on time, just as they said it would be.
Non-customized dress from a niche anime
I recently got myself a dress from a shop that specializes in anime and cosplay. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they delivered it to me, and it fit me perfectly. I decided to get toll insurance, but skipped the shipping insurance, and they gave me a tracking number right after I placed my order. The main part of the dress is made of good quality fabric and fits me just right. The coat even has shoulder pads and looks like it was properly ironed. The tie wasn't exactly like the pictures, but they included some hair pieces that weren't mentioned, so that was a nice surprise. There were a few loose threads in some parts, but I was able to fix them easily. All in all, I'm really happy with the dress for the price I paid.
Husband's Cosplay Costume

I recently bought the Hinata (wedding) Cosplay. I got custom insurance to avoid any issues, but still had to pay customs fees. But it's a tad too big and the waist belt is too short for an XXL size. Still, I appreciate their professionalism, for listening to me, and for making sure I got my cosplay on time.

I just bought a costume for a party I'm going to, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the service I got. I recently bought a custom cosplay costume from this shop and it didn't go well. I paid for insurance and DHL for quick delivery, but then found out there were hidden costs. DHL charged me extra for VAT and customs, almost doubling the original cost. I was not happy because I wasn't told about these extra charges in advance. I wouldn't suggest buying from this shop since I think they're not honest about their prices and might do sneaky things. It makes me wonder if the glowing 5-star reviews on their site are real.
Deceptive shipping estimates
This online store looked really good when I first visited it. The website was nice and easy to use. But then things went downhill fast when I tried to buy something. The product page said they could deliver in 24 hours, but when I went to pay, it suddenly changed to 8 to 15 days for shipping. Not cool. And then, when I added a pretty cheap item to my cart, they wanted to charge me an extra €17 for delivery, €3 for insurance, and about €2 for customs fees. That's almost double the price of the item! So, I said no thanks, emptied my cart, and decided I wouldn't shop there again. It's not right to advertise one thing and then surprise people with hidden fees.

This store is amazing! I got 2 costumes and they are top-notch quality. The service was great - they answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with what I got. The delivery was super fast, arrived earlier than I thought. I'm so pleased with my experience and I'll definitely come back for more cosplay stuff.
Costume for upcoming convention
I was really let down by the customer service at this store. Even though I've ordered from them before and had problems, I thought I'd try again. But they let me down once more - didn't even answer my messages or give me any info on my order. It's frustrating to be left hanging like that, so I won't be ordering from them again.
Shoes too small
I bought a pair of shoes from this store not long ago, but dang, they were too small for my feet. I made sure to pick the right size and everything, even measured the shoes myself, but they ended up smaller than what the size chart on the website said. I tried to contact customer service twice - first after 2 days and then again a few days later - but didn't hear back from them at all. It was pretty disappointing that they didn't bother to respond, and it soured my whole shopping experience.

Black Superman Suit - Missing Boots
I ordered the Red Son Superman suit and the black Superman suit. They showed up earlier than I thought and they look great, especially the black one made of synthetic leather. But, I was bummed out to see that the boots were missing for the black suit. I contacted the store but haven't heard back from them yet. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll get back to me soon and hopefully send over those missing boots.
Naruto and Sasuke kids costumes
I just picked up these costumes for my kids and they fit like a glove! The quality is top-notch and they actually came earlier than I thought, perfect for Halloween. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
