Customized costume order
I had a bit of a hiccup with my order at first, but all in all, I had a good experience with this cosplay shop. I had ordered a costume in a custom size, but there were some issues with the customization that I wasn't made aware of on time. The costume I received was smaller than I thought and the material tore easily. However, their customer service was awesome. They were quick to respond and offered a solution right away. They sent me a new costume in a larger size without charging me extra, just requesting a small fee for quicker shipping. I really appreciate their generosity and effort to make things right. It definitely turned my experience with them into a positive one.
