The costume looked pretty good, but I was bummed when I saw that the shipping to Canada cost twice as much as the actual item. And then, the zipper on the costume broke the second time I tried it on. When I emailed them for help, I didn't hear back at all. I'd say it's best to do your homework before buying from this store. There are probably better places to shop.

The whole process of ordering my watch and getting it went really well. The Fedex driver was nice and did everything properly, even the payment. I bought the watch on May 10th and got it in Canada on May 17th.

They told me to talk to a Customer Support person by phone or chat to keep going with my issue. But, no matter what I do, I haven't gotten any more help. So, now I'm trying to get a refund through Paypal since the company isn't getting back to me.
