Camera purchase
My recent camera purchase turned out to be a big letdown. I ordered the camera last week and then heard nothing from the company. When I finally contacted customer support, they told me my order was sent to the fulfilment centre, but today I got an email saying it was cancelled because they couldn't deliver to my place. The lack of communication and failure to deliver my order is just not cool. Now, I'm stuck waiting for a refund for the cancelled order. After checking online, it seems others have had similar issues with this company's products and customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from their website - better to look elsewhere for camera gear. I was really looking forward to using that camera, but now it's just a useless paperweight. So frustrating.
Subscription cancellation issue
The customer service at this company is just terrible. I had so many problems trying to reach them on their messed up website, and when I finally did, all I got were these canned, unhelpful responses. It really bothered me how they didn't seem to care about my situation as a loyal customer dealing with subscription issues. They basically just ignored me and gave me useless answers. It was a letdown and I left feeling really frustrated.
GoPro camera and gear
I ordered a GoPro camera and some gear online recently, eh, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. I got a confirmation email for my order, but when I tried to track my package, the order number and email didn't match up. Plus, I didn't get any tracking info for the gear that was supposed to arrive today. And then, to top it all off, even though I signed up for a premium subscription at a discount for the year, they charged me again at a higher rate. When I checked my account, there was no record of any purchases. I have proof of the email showing the correct subscription rate, but they're still charging me wrong. I'm beyond frustrated - I dropped almost $700 and have nothing to show for it.
Subscription renewal without consent
I just found out that the company has been sneaking subscription renewal charges onto my credit card without even asking. I've tried multiple times to get my money back, but it's like talking to a brick wall with the customer service reps giving me the same canned responses. It honestly feels like I've been ripped off by this company.

As a customer at GoPro, I recently bought an action camera for my upcoming vacation. I decided to go with express delivery, thinking it would come on time, but then I got an email from the courier saying my package was delayed because a flight was missed. It was a big letdown since I really needed the camera for my trip. I tried reaching out to the company for help, but their customer service wasn't very helpful and lacked support. I was frustrated and felt inconvenienced by the whole thing. Next time, I'll think about getting my stuff from somewhere else like Curry's, where I can just pick it up myself with no delivery hassle.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve been trying to get in touch with their service center for two weeks now to get a replacement for my camera, and it’s been impossible. Their lack of communication and customer service is so frustrating. Do yourself a favor and buy your camera somewhere else.
Defective Product and Unreliable Support
I've been having some real issues with this new thing I bought. I've been trying to get help through their system, but it's like they're not even hearing me. My GoPro has been acting up for the last few months - even with a full charge, it keeps saying it's low on battery. At first, I could sort of make it work with the GoPro Battery bank stick, but now it won't even turn on right. It's just a useless gadget sitting on my desk now.

I contacted the store and showed them a video of the issue, so they agreed to give me a refund. However, when they got in touch with the manufacturer, they said that this was a known problem with these cameras and that I couldn't get a refund. I'm pretty upset about the lack of quality control and the fact that they won't refund me even though there's clear proof that the product is defective.

What a horrible customer service experience, eh? Spent over an hour trying to fix a problem and got nowhere. They give you a voucher for a subscription with your purchase, but the product won't even take the vouchers. Now I'm stuck dealing with a useless company and their competitor, which is even worse. Their English communication skills are just terrible, making it so hard to follow along. Definitely steer clear of this company! I'm gonna look into other options for sure, eh.
Camera replacement process
I recently had to go through the whole process of trying to replace my camera cause it was acting up, and I gotta say, it's been a real pain in the butt. Even though I did everything they told me to do in the chat, I was told I still needed to book a call back to finish the order. I've asked for this call back four times in the last six days and still haven't heard anything. This lack of response just ain't right 'cause I can't even use the subscription I paid for without a working camera. Not knowing when this replacement is gonna happen is just plain annoying and disappointing. All in all, the customer service I received has been a huge letdown.

My experience with this company was super frustrating, eh? After I bought a camera online, I got this email that was kinda sketchy about renewing a subscription and asking for my banking details. Even though I made it clear I didn't want to renew, they still charged my account without asking. I usually grab my GoPro goodies from Amazon, but this time I thought I'd go straight to the official store for "The Remote." I found a discount code to use and it got shipped over real quick from the Netherlands. The packaging was nice and tight, and the remote syncs up just right with my trusty old Hero 8 Black. Gotta say, the whole thing turned out to be a pretty nice surprise.
Camera replacement subscription
I was so excited when I found out about the camera replacement subscription that the customer service team was offering. I was really looking forward to it, especially since they promised a hassle-free replacement for my camera that was out of warranty. But man, was I let down when after following all the instructions, I heard back from Camille, the same person I talked to before, saying they couldn't help me because the warranty had expired. Like, what? That made me so frustrated and upset. I even had evidence from our previous chat to back me up! I've tried calling customer service five times now, and every time it's either a busy signal or they just don't bother calling back. It's just not right, you know? The lack of follow-up and responsibility is just not cool at all.

I've been having a tough time with the customer service at this company, eh. I tried to get help, and it took forever to get a reply. They told me to talk to a Customer Support person by phone or chat to keep going with my issue. But, no matter what I do, I haven't gotten any more help. Faulty drone update
My drone kinda crapped out on me after an update that was supposed to be harmless, but turned out to be a sneaky move to kill a bunch of units. The company responsible for this mess is not owning up to it and being sneaky about it. It sucks that they shut down any complaints on their website. It's not cool for a company that says they care about their customers. I thought they were better than this, considering they brag about making good stuff and being innovative.

Even though I read some not-so-great reviews, I actually had a really good time ordering a boom mount straight from the website. It was the only spot that had one up for grabs, so I thought, why not? I went with the regular shipping option and the boom mount showed up right on time. They even kept me in the loop with a bunch of tracking emails from both the company and the courier. Plus, I got a nice little 10% off thanks to a promo code that popped up during checkout. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and the service I got.
