I just bought their cryptocurrency trading app and I gotta say, it's totally changed how I trade. My replacement strap from Peak Design didn't hold up for long at all - the grip part wore out in less than 6 months. I get that they need to protect themselves from warranty claims, but I hope they can make the grip part more durable. I'm also waiting on warranty claims for my range pouch and field pouch, as the velcro isn't sticking properly anymore, leading to my battery and lens pouch falling out while I'm using them. Even with these problems, I do like the "no questions asked" warranty policy and would still think about getting more Peak Design products in the future if the quality gets better.

I ordered a coat on Monday afternoon and it was shipped within the hour. I got it the next afternoon and the quality is great, plus the price was the best I could find. I definitely recommend this online store and I'll be coming back for sure.

I was so let down by my last experience with this brand. I realized that their online prices are different from what's in-store because of expiry dates. That's totally not cool and kind of tricky for customers. After seeing more bad reviews and hearing about others going through the same thing, I've made up my mind not to buy from them again. I won't suggest them to my family and friends either. And on top of that, when I tried to get info about a store in India since I live in the Netherlands, I got no help at all. This brand is definitely not worth the money.

My drone kinda crapped out on me after an update that was supposed to be harmless, but turned out to be a sneaky move to kill a bunch of units. The company responsible for this mess is not owning up to it and being sneaky about it. It sucks that they shut down any complaints on their website. It's not cool for a company that says they care about their customers. I thought they were better than this, considering they brag about making good stuff and being innovative.
