Two factor authentication issue
I had a really frustrating time dealing with their two-factor authentication thing. I kept trying to fix it, but I never got that second email. The customer service was no help at all, and their bot just couldn't get what my real problem was. And with their call center closed because of the pandemic, there was just no way to talk to a real person about it. In the end, I had to make a complaint to the FTC and even got in touch with the San Diego Business news to investigate their shady ways. And then, those high delivery fees on gift cards got me thinking about a possible lawsuit.
Buying stuff in installments
It's pretty awesome that you can make purchases and pay in small increments. I've been a member for a bit now and I really enjoy it. The products are all really great quality and the shipping is fast and impressive. Customer service is top-notch - definitely deserving of a 5-star rating! The only thing I wish is that they reported to credit bureaus to help improve your credit score. That's the only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars.
Website maintenance issue
I've been trying to buy something on the website, but every time I go to check out, it says "Under Maintenance." I've emailed customer service a bunch of times, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. It's annoying to see them commenting on other reviews telling people to email them, but then not replying to my emails. The whole thing seems sketchy, especially with that vendor review saying they haven't been paid.
Credit-friendly shopping options
Zebit is awesome for folks with not-so-great credit. Sure, there are some haters out there leaving bad reviews, but hey, if your credit ain't perfect, you might have to shell out a bit more cash. It's the price you pay for getting to shop with easy terms and quick shipping. Good credit gets you the best deals, but for those of us without that luxury, Zebit is a solid option. One thing I wish Zebit would bring back is their e-certificate program, it was super helpful. All in all, I'm a happy customer and grateful for the chance to shop on Zebit.
Washer purchase
I bought a washer last October and got a 5-year service plan with it. But my washer broke down a week ago. I tried contacting customer service but the phone number didn't work and my emails to the help desk were ignored. It's really frustrating not getting the help I need, especially after paying for the service plan upfront. Now I have to pay a lot for repairs even though I have an active service agreement.
Incomplete order, lack of communication
I'm really annoyed with this company. I placed an order and only got some of my stuff. They didn't even tell me what's up, just left me hanging. And now I have to pay for stuff I never even got at the end of the month. That's just not cool. I'll pay for what I did get, but I'm not giving them any extra money. They better fix this and talk to me like they should.
Overpriced products
So I made the mistake of checking out this online store thinking I'd snag some good deals, but man was I off base. The prices are crazy high - even their supposed "sale" stuff costs way more than in regular stores. Out of the 18 things I checked, I ended up buying everything from other places where the deals were a lot better. It's obvious that Zebit isn't the go-to if you're trying to save cash. I just wish someone had given me a heads up before I wasted my time scrolling through their site.
Expensive but easy finance
Zebit is pretty awesome if you want to buy things but can't afford to pay for it all at once. The prices might be a bit high, but you can pay slowly over time. Just be careful with the delivery charge on gift cards – they say it's a finance charge, but it's no big deal!
Online purchase from a company
I ordered something online from a company I heard about a few years ago, but I haven't used their services in about two years. I never got my order, so it would have been nice if they let us know if they were shutting down or having problems. I think they might have gone out of business.
Convenient and reasonable payments
I just started using this awesome payment service and I gotta say, I've been super impressed with it! I've placed several orders without any problems, and they have such a great variety of products that make shopping so much fun. Way easier to use than other services I've tried before, eh.
TV purchase
I just got a new TV online from this store and when I tried to put it up, I saw there was a crack in the screen. So, I got in touch with customer service right away. They were really fast to reply and they sorted out a return and refund for me. The customer service folks were super helpful and made sure everything was sorted out for me.
Ecerts availability clarification
I need to find out when the Ecerts will be back. I've sent a bunch of emails in the last few months, telling them how important Ecerts are for me, especially during the holidays when I have a big family to buy for. I've had good experiences with this company before, but not getting a clear answer about when Ecerts will be available is worrying.
Big TV
I was looking for a big TV and Zebit was the best place to get it from! They let me buy it without having to pay right away, which was great! It arrived really quickly and now I can watch all my favorite shows in style. I've been shopping and making payments on time or even early, and my spending limit keeps increasing - how amazing is that? I can't help but tell all my friends and family about it! They have a bunch of cool stuff like bags, gift cards, flights, and hotels. Zebit is definitely the place to be!
REI e-certificate gift card
My first time using the app to shop was amazing! The interface was so easy to use and it was a breeze to find my way around. I was happy to see they had lots of products from well-known companies, and I was able to get the exact REI gift card I wanted. Being able to buy an e-certificate just made everything even better. Checking out was smooth and simple, and my friend loved the gift.
Christmas shopping
I really like the app, it's awesome and I've been telling all my buddies about it. But seriously, this is the second time I've tried to buy stuff and my account keeps freezing! I was just trying to order some Christmas gifts and boom, frozen! Like, what's happening? And when I email them, it takes forever for them to reply. I'm so upset that this has happened to me twice in a row, not cool at all!
Office furniture and bulk food
I've been using this place since late 2020. No complaints at all, the prices are amazing. I found everything I needed for my office and even scored some good deals on food in bulk. It's also great for Christmas shopping. Just have to be smart with it, you know? I highly recommend it.
Recent Customer Experience
I had a really annoying situation with this one company I've been buying from for like ten years. For the last few months, I couldn't place an order and their customer service was impossible to reach. I tried so many times but got no answers or reasons for the bad service. I rely on them for holiday shopping and not hearing back was a letdown. It definitely changed how I see the brand. Companies need to communicate with customers in situations like this to keep us loyal.

Now I'm thinking about getting some Ashley seating and the prices are actually pretty good compared to other sites. Recent ordering issues
I've been having issues trying to order stuff on the website lately. It's been months now and customers still can't buy anything, and the company isn't really saying much about it. I tried reaching out by email to get some answers, but the responses were kind of unclear and didn't really explain what was going on. It's frustrating to see a company not being honest and responsible when it comes to taking care of their customers. Especially with the holidays coming up, it's worrying that these problems haven't been fixed yet, even now that it's November 28th.
Ecetrificates for grandkids and adult children
I really like that Zebit gives me the option to pay over time. It helps me stick to my budget while still being able to buy gifts for my grandkids and adult kids. I've never had any problems with their products and they always come on time. The ecertificates are great because they give me lots of choices for different amounts and products. Being able to spread payments over 6 months makes shopping with Zebit easy and no stress.
