Credit score service
I recently signed up for a credit score service and boy was I let down by what I got. I've been using the service for a whole year now and I've come to see that it hasn't made any difference to my credit score at all. The company lures you in with their fancy ads, but once you're in, you realize it's all just a trick. It's a trap that doesn't actually do anything good for you, and if you try to cancel, it might even hurt your credit score. I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription next month and if I notice any bad effects on my credit score because of this service, I will definitely take legal action. I'll keep you updated on how it all goes.
Made an account
I had a hard time making an account because the system said I already had one, but Hector was amazing and sorted it out by getting help from the next level support and engineering team. Now I can use Borrowell and I'm definitely gonna let all my friends know about it!
Credit monitoring app
The credit monitoring app is awesome for keeping an eye on your credit score and managing your financial future. You can easily see your credit info and make smart choices about your money. The customer service team is really good too, they help out fast and fix any problems you might have. I definitely suggest using this app to anyone who wants to watch their credit score for free. I haven't tried any extra services they offer, so I can't say much about those.
New user sign-up
As I was trying to sign up for the first time, I ran into a technical issue on page 7. But, the support team was really helpful in sorting out the problem. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Hector for all his help and guidance during the whole process.
Credit score assistance
I was really happy with how much they helped me with my credit score problem. Hector was my assistant and he was patient and helped me find a solution real quick.
Credit building service
I tried out this credit building service that said it would boost my credit score. But when I looked at my Equifax report, I was let down to see that there was no change. Even though I made several payments every month, it didn't seem to have any effect on my score. It was frustrating because it seemed like the Credit Bureaus didn't take these reports into account at all. It felt like I wasted my time and money.
Rent reporting service
I signed up for the rent reporting service at $5 a month. They mentioned that it will appear on my credit report as a trade line called "BRWL SELF-RPT RENT" within 4 weeks, which seems quite fast for this kind of service. I do wish they could have a more official name for it to make it more credible. I'm still in my first month, so I can't say for sure if it's working yet. The checkout process is done through Stripe. Overall, the other services to check my credit score seem to be working fine, but I haven't tested any recommended products yet. I have been having issues with the system being down, so I have to email their team monthly with a screenshot or statement of my e-transfer to my landlord.
Lending information
I've been checking out lots of suggestions for borrowing info and I've realized how crucial it is to read all the little details. It's annoying to get rejected, but when I contacted the company, I found out they match based on specific requirements and it's my job to dig deeper. Now, I can easily figure out which companies are worth checking out and which ones to skip after carefully reading all the details.
Credit account assistance
Borrowell's customer service really went the extra mile to help me get back into my credit account when I got locked out because of an error. Even though I tried to fix it myself and contacted Equifax for help, Borrowell was the only one who was willing to help without pushing extra services on me. I definitely suggest using Borrowell to keep track of your credit because they give regular updates and support for no cost at all.
Credit rebuilding service
Borrowell really helped me out when I needed some help fixing my credit. Their customer service team was amazing and made the whole process super easy. My credit score is so much better now, all thanks to Borrowell.
Credit card and personal loan recommendations
I'm not too impressed with the credit card and personal loan suggestions I keep getting from this site. Even though I have a solid credit history, no debt, and always pay my bills on time and in full, they keep recommending me options with high interest rates that are not that great. It's frustrating to keep seeing these mediocre offers over and over again, especially when I know there are much better choices available.
Build my credit
The app was really easy to use and it totally helped me improve my credit score, which is pretty awesome. The customer service was amazing as well, they were super quick and friendly whenever I had questions. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

Unwanted credit score inquiries
I've had over 100 inquiries on my credit score from this company even though I've never dealt with them. I've been asking them for over a year to stop the inquiries, but they just keep increasing. If you care about your credit score and privacy, stay away from this company.
