App & PortalI really appreciate getting updates on my credit score regularly. It means a lot to me because having a low credit score can really bring you down. It's a long road to fix that, so having Borrowell take care of it for me is a weight off my shoulders. It used to be kind of scary knowing all my info was out there, but now it's just part of life. The customer service has been surprisingly awesome. I can't imagine dealing with upset customers is easy, but they handle it so well. My view of this service has definitely gone up, and it wasn't bad to begin with. You guys have built a relationship with your customers, making us feel like you're rooting for us to boost our credit scores. The site gives suggestions and options that are really useful. It's a great tool for people in my situation. I hope more folks discover Borrowell or you discover them.
