The credit monitoring app is awesome for keeping an eye on your credit score and managing your financial future. You can easily see your credit info and make smart choices about your money. The customer service team is really good too, they help out fast and fix any problems you might have. I definitely suggest using this app to anyone who wants to watch their credit score for free. I haven't tried any extra services they offer, so I can't say much about those.

As I was trying to sign up for the first time, I ran into a technical issue on page 7. But, the support team was really helpful in sorting out the problem. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Hector for all his help and guidance during the whole process.

I signed up for the rent reporting service at $5 a month. They mentioned that it will appear on my credit report as a trade line called "BRWL SELF-RPT RENT" within 4 weeks, which seems quite fast for this kind of service. I do wish they could have a more official name for it to make it more credible. I'm still in my first month, so I can't say for sure if it's working yet. The checkout process is done through Stripe. Overall, the other services to check my credit score seem to be working fine, but I haven't tested any recommended products yet. I have been having issues with the system being down, so I have to email their team monthly with a screenshot or statement of my e-transfer to my landlord.

I'm not too impressed with the credit card and personal loan suggestions I keep getting from this site. Even though I have a solid credit history, no debt, and always pay my bills on time and in full, they keep recommending me options with high interest rates that are not that great. It's frustrating to keep seeing these mediocre offers over and over again, especially when I know there are much better choices available.

The app was really easy to use and it totally helped me improve my credit score, which is pretty awesome. The customer service was amazing as well, they were super quick and friendly whenever I had questions. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.
