I had a really frustrating time dealing with their two-factor authentication thing. I kept trying to fix it, but I never got that second email. The customer service was no help at all, and their bot just couldn't get what my real problem was. And with their call center closed because of the pandemic, there was just no way to talk to a real person about it.
