Overpriced motel stay
The customer service at Hotwire was brutal. They didn't even bat an eye when we told them about the sketchy rating on the place we booked. The bathroom was straight up filthy, like a horror movie. We had no choice but to ditch that dump and fork out cash for a different hotel.

So I bought some brain health supplements from this company, and the actual products were good quality. But I was kinda let down by how they do subscriptions. You gotta sign up for automatic deliveries to get the best deal, which seemed kinda sneaky to me. Plus, canceling the subscription was a pain because you had to call during their hours, which was a hassle.

Hey everyone, listen up! So I ordered my stuff last week and it's been nearly a week now, but there haven't been any updates on when my package will arrive. I'm really frustrated about it, like, come on! The customer service isn't very helpful either, they just keep saying it takes a bunch of working days. But seriously, they could at least update the tracking information, right? I'm going to stick with other companies that actually care about their customers, like scandiborn. I would recommend avoiding ordering from here, just trust me on this!

Overhead bin charges
This place is terrible! They charge you for everything, even for using the overhead bin. And their website was down for a whole week, so I couldn't check in online or choose our seats at the airport. They even seated me and my wife in different rows on the plane. Their customer service line is basically no help at all, all they do is tell you what they can't do. Honestly, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It's a complete disaster!

So I made the mistake of checking out this online store thinking I'd snag some good deals, but man was I off base. The prices are crazy high - even their supposed "sale" stuff costs way more than in regular stores. Out of the 18 things I checked, I ended up buying everything from other places where the deals were a lot better. It's obvious that Zebit isn't the go-to if you're trying to save cash. I just wish someone had given me a heads up before I wasted my time scrolling through their site.

The stuff in the box was okay, nothing really special. I was hoping for more different and cool things. My dog loved the treats, but the skincare stuff didn't do much. It's cool that you can customize the box, but more choices would be good. All in all, it was fine, but I'm not sure if I'll keep getting it every month.

In the end, I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back because they couldn't sort it out. It was a total headache that lasted over a month trying to fix everything up, I tell ya.
